Legal nurse consultants need to prepare careful and thorough reports. Their reports may be seen by many people during the litigation process. These could include clients, claims handlers, claims supervisors, partners, associates, paralegals, other medical and expert witnesses and the judge.

The report may create a positive or negative impression and directly impact the LNC’s ability to obtain more work.

With guidance from presenters, create your own analysis of the case facts.
